Return and Exchange Policy

We are pleased to facilitate exchanges or returns for your order should you find any dissatisfaction – kindly review the information below.

Items must be returned with all original attachments, accessories, and a copy of the invoice within seven working days from the receipt of the order.

Terms and Conditions:

The item(s) must be in its original, unopened packaging, including the unit carton, and must include any accessories and free-of-charge items if applicable.

For open unit returns, a re-stocking fee of 15% of the product value will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued to the original purchase credit card account or in the form of ZEMS IT credit/vouchers.
